Overall Learning Objectives:

In this experiential workshop you’ll learn powerful new ways of experiencing your emotional state. You’ll have the opportunity to connect more fully with yourself and develop a self-caring state. You will discover a growing sense of well-being in yourself and see how it enhances the healing process for those you treat. Your more present, curious, and authentic stance will help your patients become aware of their emotions. They, too, will connect with themselves and heal. In this workshop, you’ll learn and practice many Self Connection Therapy and Affect Phobia Therapy techniques and make them part of your therapeutic repertoire.
